I loved the spa! there was a relaxation room with complimentary treats. i had a wonderful back, neck, and shoulder massage. adrianna was very attentive. She was also professional.
i bought my mum and i an afternoon ritual package. it included pool access, afternoon tea and a spa treatment. we had to get our own tea from the instant machine, i found it disappointing! our spa treatments were next, there were no staff present when we arrived at the relaxation room.

A romantic getaway

spacious layoutthoughtful touchesseparate shower
the suite was excellent with its spacious layout and luxurious feel. i particularly adored the the chocolates placed on the coffee table. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower, alongside his and hers sinks, good. the adult-only spa time after 7pm was PEACEFUL and added to the relaxation.
The air conditioning in our room was somewhat noisy. It was slightly distracting.

Romantic Getaway Review

hot chocolatewater serviceloud noise
The room was spacious and featured tea and hot chocolate amenities. my daughter and I found the provided cookie to be a sweet addition. WE loved the milk and water services. They were a really thoughtful touch.
i found the room to be quite noisy at times, with doors banging and conversations carrying from nearby rooms and even the carpark. it disrupted the overall calming experience i was hoping for.

I appreciated the fresh milk and filtered water available on every floor, complete with a milk bottle in the fridge. bathroom toiletries were from white stuff. I found the room very comfortable. the spa service was good, they provided hot towels for the pool and chilled towels for the gym.
I found it confusing to figure out if the car park was free. it is not free on weekdays, and i object to paying for parking as a paying guest. check-in lacked smiles or personality. The receptionist never looked up from her computer. i was not told that the room was accessed by going up to the 2nd floor and then down stairs to the ground floor to another wing.

Really good Stay

The rooms are decorated well with good coffee machines. Fresh milk became available through vending machines. The bedding offered good quality. Staff at reception demonstrate nice welcome. They offered grateful service to find somewhere comfortable after bad experience.
I noticed extra charges for the swimming pool. Time restrictions are heavy for children using the pool. It underscored hotel experience for families.

faulty air conditioningmissing children robes
i was really annoyed with a few things. the air conditioning in my room was broken (i got signature double room), a real pain since the blinds were left open. the room was so hot when i arrived! i asked for fans, but they were too loud to keep on all night. plus, other guests got robes for their kids, but we only got adult sizes. it really felt unfair.
